Are coOrganica products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes! All our formulations are dermatologist-tested and free from harsh chemicals, artificial fragrances, and parabens. However, we always recommend doing a patch test before using a new product.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Absolutely. coOrganica is 100% cruelty-free. We never test on animals, and we only work with suppliers who share the same commitment.

Are the ingredients organic?

We use a blend of certified organic and science-backed ingredients. Every ingredient is carefully selected for its efficacy and safety — no fillers, no compromises.

Can I use multiple coOrganica products together?

Yes, our products are formulated to work harmoniously as a complete routine. For best results, follow the order: cleanser → toner → serum → moisturizer → sunscreen (AM).

Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

We currently ship within Pakistan. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking update once your order is dispatched.

Do you offer free shipping?

Please check our current promotions on the website. We periodically offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately via our Contact page if you need to make changes.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

We sincerely apologize if this happens. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we will make it right promptly.

What payment methods do you accept?
